GNPower Dinginin Ltd. Co. (GNPD) secured two major awards at the 11th Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) Stakeholders’ Night, highlighting the company’s commitment to employee welfare and operational excellence.

GNPD’s Human Resources and Administration (HRA) department won the Best HR Practices Award, primarily for its innovative gFlex program. Launched in 2023, gFlex allows employees to customize their benefits packages based on individual needs, offering flexibility in core, convertible, and collectible benefits. The program has seen a 61% increase in participation since its inception, with benefits totaling over Php 1.8 million in 2024. Additionally, GNPD Systems Administrator Raymond Yambao was honored with the Outstanding Job Performance Award for his exceptional contributions, despite personal health challenges. Yambao was also recognized as the first-ever “Pambihero” in 2023. These accolades reflect GNPD’s dedication to employee empowerment and excellence in operations.
